A payment for postage that did not get made at the time as I thought that it had been paid over the phone. It had put me into a confusion when I had a follow-up invoice. With reassurances that I would be refunded if it had already been paid, I then paid on-line. I do not know whether it was me or a problem with or the bank the first time - any way - all sorted

Over the past year I have sold a variety of items with Potteries Auctions, mainly china but also a collection of model railway engines and rolling stock. The valuers were always knowledgeable and fair in their assessments and the whole process was friendly and straightforward.
