Love the wide choice of meals especially as I have to avoid lactose. Had 10 taster pack. Lovely food and handy to pack in freezer. Will order again. Ps. Suggestion: use parcel tape on outer box not sellotape. Not strong enough as it was coming undone when delivered. Ok.

I had a bad experience not with GSN but with DPD not delivering as agreed, John from Customer services at GSN dealt with the problem effectively and ensured customer satisfaction was reached. I will not hesitate to continue using GSN not just for their amazing products but for how the deal with complaints effectively.

Been using for about 10 years as my local gym stocked (they still do) never feels like I’m eating healthy or on any calorie restriction! Portions great and well priced. Company is always trying to evolve and bring new products to market too! Taste is great and I’ll continue to use, cheers.

Food came the day I selected and it is delicious! Honestly cannot believe the efficiency and quality of their pots! I feel sorry for the people who missed out on the festive wraps they were a delight. I've stocked my freezer full!

Tasty, easy to make, easy to take to the gym before work so I'm not worrying too much about spoiled food in the hot weather. Helping me pack on muscle while reducing unnecessary calories. The quality of the chicken breast is excellent. Love it!

Really tasty pots that make it very easy to meet my fitness goals. They're all on my fitness pal which makes it easy to track. I love the wraps too! Very easy and makes sticking to a low calorie, high protein diet enjoyable. The only thing I haven't liked are the overnight oats.
