I love GSN and their products. The pots o gold are an absolute time saver. Coupled with the insulated flask, I prep it at 6am and it’s still hot at midday. I also love their panko chicken bites (or protes nuggz as I like to call them). If you are looking for affordable, high protein ready meals and snacks, give GSN a go.

I'd ordered a bundle of 32 pots of gold, the driver didn't deliver them and supposedly my order was refused (which simply wasn't true) - I immediately thought the process of getting a refund / new order sent out would be long winded because the order was for 32 frozen meals which would have thawed out.. I had to wait until the next morning before I could call DPD or GSN due to the time it was supposed to be delivered.. ..The next morning I called DPD first, put my mobile number in when prompted and was told by an automated voice that my parcel was perishable and subsequently there was nothing they could do and that I'd need to speak to GSN. I called GSN and spoke with John who was extremely friendly and helpful - He could see that the tracking showed the order was refused, but seemingly the other side of the town I live in, so the addresses didn't match up (perhaps the driver got the wrong house?). John was very quick to say he'd get a new order sent out and even asked me if I had a day preference for the delivery. The process of getting things resolved by GSN was completely hassle free & I can't give enough Kudos to them / John for the way things were handles. Great customer service seems somewhat rare nowadays, and did I mention the phone only rang twice before John answered? - Absolutely class. I thought I'd take the opportunity to plug our company in here - If anybody reads this and wants a fire website for themselves / their business, or knows somebody who might - Check us out, we're called wizard pi (I won't place a link in-case it means my review gets taken down). 🧙‍♂️🤘
