I have been taking these pots since November 2022 and I have lost 3 stone along side some light exercise ready for my wedding in July. I now have my dad, fiancé and work colleagues on them and we absolutely love them. They are absolutely delicious. If you haven’t ordered any yet YOU HAVE TO :)

The food arrived on time and was exactly as advertised. I got 2 of each meal in a bundle of 30 and have already tried 6-10 different ones, all have been delicious. I add veg or salad so mine usually but the portion sizes are great and they taste like takeaways!

Some really good flavours and service and value are 2nd to none

On my 5th order of 14 pots. They taste amazing, 5 mins in microwave and you have a tasty filling protein meal. My husband and I have lost weight as no longer by naughty takeaways. I highly recommend. We save money too by not buying all the uneeded snacks from the shops. Get in from the gym and you’re fed and full within minutes with barely any washing up. Can’t fault it. My favourites are katsu curry, chicken curry & beef curry.

Excellent fast delivery, great tasting meals

GSN have been a godsend to me, being able to hit my daily macros daily with the ease the Pots provide is a game changer. The chicken bites and protein bars also provide a great snack anytime of day when you need a quick fix without the stress having to pre-cook the night before. Deliveries are always prompt and the packaging makes it easy to store 12 pots on one shelf of the freezer. The new flavours are always tasty and ensure you always have a good variety. One reason why I fail in my struggle with diet, is that i dont have time to prep food. Mostly because I'm slow and it takes me an hour to cook a meal from scratch which I eat in 5! So I need a way to get quality food at a decent price which can help me not over eat. GSN solved that requirement. Tasty food, takes 5-6 mins in "dinger" and I'm ready to eat. Perfect. Totally recommend.
