Love the POGs, the variations of which have been my daily meal since first purchasing 7 years ago!

Need to find the once you like, but overall good food option

The pot of golds are very convenient and you cool from frozen. To me these are 2/3rds the size of an actual meal yet I need to eat 4/5 times a day so perfect in that regard. The only thing for me is that after using GSN for 4 years the meal choice is somewhat repetitive but they certainly work for me on a high protein diet

I have ordered twice now trying different products each time. We have found them to be lovely, very filling and good value for money. They are perfect to grab on the go and for work. I had ordered the box meals and our favourites are the buffalo chicken, satay chicken, beef curry & the Malaysian chicken curry. You can pick your day for delivery and the packaging is brilliant as it the ice packs can be re-used! Winning 💪🏻

I love these pots of gold. So easy, just put them in the microwave , no washing up either. Nutritional. They taste amazing. Loads of recipes to choose from.

Excellent service, delivered when they say it’s getting delivered & meals are great, full of protein so fill you up, we have a bag of vegetables (microwaveable from supermarket) between two of us
