After using Marqetspace on numerous occasions now, I can say they are a credit to work with. Very professional and always offer a great level of customer service. I can highly recommend them and will continue to use their services whenever needed.

I have just used Marqetspace for the first time, following a recommendation from a colleague at an agency. I was impressed by the following: 1) Their web site is really easy to use to place orders. 2) Their pricing is very competitive 3) Their just made some minor amendments to my design to ensure it was compatible without questioning it. 4) They shipped well within the agreed delivery date 5) They job was well executed and of high quality Well done Marqetspace. I have used Marqetspace for two particular jobs and found having no proof option is an issue. When printing something new it is important that as a designer I can ensure that the colours are what I expect and not having a digital proof option, even though I am willing to pay for it, a negative. I also found that the total lack of accepting any responsibilty on Marqetspace's part a factor for me to use alternative suppliers. Okay, but not great and wouldn't recommend.

As a small design and marketing firm we prefer to buy from local suppliers where possible. However on this occasion we felt our customers would benefit from value for money on their design and print requirements. A few of our local print providers couldn't offer value for money we were looking for, despite us having used them for a number of years. So after several marketing packs, Marqetspace eventually managed to win our business and we thought we'd try them out. We asked for a sample pack of a particular item which eventually came the third time round after a few telephone calls. Unfortunately this meant we had missed an offer on print, which we had quoted the customer and provided an estimate deadline, sadly due to the sample not being received, more than a week after, the offer had finished and the price quoted to our customer, now wrong. I spoke with MS and we were offered a credit. Which would have been fine until when we came to use the credit, it hadn't been added, a phone call to the sales team and we were made to fee like we had made it up. At that point I'd had enough! We may not have been the biggest print buyer, but sad to say we won't be a buyer at all now and have since spoken with a local company who can offer the value for money we feel our customers require.

On time, slightly more expensive than my usual supplier (Fairprint) BUT the quality was excellent.

Great website my only complaint would be how slow it can be at times but apart from that I can't fault the site
