Tale of cancellation chaos

Company wonderful at selling travel insurance so helpful. Try speaking to them if you have a problem. Had a flight cancelled no-one available to advise when I was overseas-following flight cancellation resulting in long stopover booked an overnight hotel-once home-no tel contact-claim from a Claims Company via email or post-forms unuser friendly cannot download to iPad-after emailed sent in post-multiple documents requested-resulting in rejection not correct format etc etc-eventually 2 months later reply from Claims company naming a clause in the insurance which means claim not upheld-a measure of a good company is how they handle claims 0 out of 10 for claims procedure never spoke to a human

Quick and easy cover.

I applied online for travel insurance. The premium quoted was competitive and the cover was consistent with other insurers. The site was easy to navigate and use and the policy documents were clearly worded. Hopefully we will never have to make a claim but my full judgment will depend on how this is handled should the need arise.
