Brilliant service, text to say have a nice holiday before trip and when arrived back to check we had had a lovely time and if we needed to claim where we needed to contact amazing have recommeded you to next door neighbours and a mutual friend who have all had cancer diagnosis like myself.............one word outstanding ...you give that personnel touch !!!

Excellent professional service

The customer advisor Temi gave an excellent service. He listened to my needs and was most helpful in offering choices that fulfilled my requirements. He said that he would feed back previous admin errors on last years original Policy Schedule and this years renewal notice (surname misspelled, optional extras not reflecting last years selection and policy premium not correct). He apologised for this and emailed me an up to date, correct new policy document for this year. Well done Temi!
