Good experience, staff member Jordan was very helpful, discussed and agreed the changes to our renewal cover we required Revised the cost (substantial reduction) and issued a new policy Reviewed the new package,agreed the cost and paid the quoted value which was then acknowledged and a full set of documents issued on line at the same time Nice doing business with a trustworthy company

Gemma was extremely patient and helpful. She phoned back when she said she would and gave excellent customer service. Prices have risen drastically so I was stunned at the quote but had no option other than not go abroad. This may be our last time because of the price hike.
