Nicola was very helpful and explained everything clearly. She was well equipped to answer all the questions that I had and did not apply pressure to purchase anything I was not happy with.

After being transferred around which was very annoying I finally got to speak to Jim who was great . He went through everything very clearly with and made sure I had the correct cover . I was unhappy with the online quote I had been sent and Jim managed to bring it down considerably whilst still giving me the best cover . Very pleased with the price in the end considering all my medical issues and found Jim to be pleasant, empathetic and efficient. 😊😊😊
