Everything was made clear except the special offer of 20%. This offer did not include medical charges. Had email copy almost immediately but haven’t yet received printed copy. Could be there posts fault.

Very reasoble price for travel insurance less than 12 months cancer free. You have enough stress when in recovery, so knowing I am fully covered without breaking the bank is one less thing to worry about.
