My girlfriend and I had our first engagement ring consultation with Sabrina at Cullen jewellery, who thoroughly guided us through a wide selection of ring possibility’s. The whole consultation couldn’t have gone better and we felt comfortable/free to ask whatever questions we had. Sabrina went above and beyond to help us through the selection process. My partner and I came in and spoke to Jack about what engagement ring we might be happiest with. Jack from start to finish was very welcoming, making us both comfortable while taking us through what purpose each aspect of the ring served and how important they were. He did this while keeping his language easy to understand and allowing space for questions when they arose. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience and left the showroom with a very clear idea of what we wanted and the next steps.

Symone was very personable and easy to chat with. She showed us many options and was so patient with me. Her continued contact has also been so friendly and professional.

Laurie gave us a great experience at Cullen Jewellery! Firstly Laurie offered us some water, and then started to show us different wedding ring options. Laurie knew what he was talking about, having a lot of knowledge and recommendations on ring sizes, band types and the lab grown diamonds. Additionally, Laurie offered to clean my engagement ring for me during our consult. I would highly recommend Laurie, and his fabulous customer service!

We had our appointment with Lydia and she was amazing. She was very engaging and she took her time to explain everything to us and answer all our questions. Overall she made the whole experience so enjoyable

Getting the ring delivered through US customs by DHL was frustrating, but Emma was wonderful to work with and made the best of a difficult situation by communicating updates daily and being incredibly professional!

Katherine was a great help to me when I had trouble determing the size of a gemstone I was looking at, in relation to my finger size. She was able to find a colleague with a similar finger size and sent me a photo of that colleague wearing the gemstone. This was so incredibly helpful in choosing a stone size and I can't recommend Cullen Jewellery enough!

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. When it was our turn, the rings I had mentioned wanting to see were already beautifully laid out for us; along with a few thoughtful extras Giselle had selected. Giselle’s knowledge and passion were clear from the start. She helped us mix and match different engagement rings, guided us through understanding diamond qualities, and took my ring size with such care. Her advice was spot on, and she made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and exciting. We never felt rushed; Giselle took her time showing us various styles, even demonstrating different ways to wear the rings and how to capture clear photos for future reference. Having her try the rings on herself and then on my hand helped me see them from every angle and truly imagine the final look. It made all the difference in making our decision. In the end, we walked out of the showroom knowing exactly what we wanted; with a stunning 1.99 carat diamond on hold and the Emma setting chosen with confidence. Working with Meghan was great! Super effortless and efficient. Meghan was super knowledgeable and made understanding the composition of diamonds and how they reflect in person super easy!
