Oh gosh I loved Jazz! Jazz was so attentive, accomodating and really encouraging with all/any options I put forward when choosing our wedding rings. Jazz spoke through the many options to pick a perfect band to suit my low set engagement ring. We spoke through the different metal options and any customisations I might like. Jazz was also incredibly attentive and detailed while discussing options with my fiancé for his wedding band. Sometimes the men can be a little over looked. I LOVED that all the men’s rings are presented. We ended up choosing an option we never thought we would for my partners wedding band. Jazz was also very quick to send our recap email AND respond to my queries after our appointment! Thanks so much!

Regan was incredibly friendly and made the first steps toward buying an engagement ring feel very stress-free. Regan was honest about what may or may not be possible with the custom design, but provided a very detailed email allowing me to decide on the few options. He was prepared when we arrived with similar rings and was generous with his time.
