Jessica was a pleasure to deal with, she was so friendly and personable. We were able to try on a range of wedding bands that really helped us narrow down what we liked and what we didn't, getting us closer to making the important decision. We were never made to feel like we were asking too much or being annoying trying the same ring on 500 times! Jessica provided us with all the information we needed during the session and also sent us the information via email so soon after our appointment which was great as well. We had such a nice experience trying on the wedding bands and we're so thankful to Jessica as this is a special part of the wedding planning process!

She was informative but also listened to us. From the second we got there it felt calm, relaxing and special. Was supported working through the process of choosing and organising an engagement ring. Received timely and considerate support via email from Lydia, a sales consultant on the team. Was able to navigate the selection of appropriate lab diamond and ring sizing and work around potential issues for my particular circumstances and some of the base designs on the website. When picking up the ring the in-person the experience was friendly and supportive and I left with something very special that I am excited to propose with when the time comes.

We had an amazing experience at Cullen! We were looking at wedding rings. I had some sort of idea of what I wanted, so it was a quick decision. My partner had no idea what he wanted and seeing all the options and sizes made it easy. Such an easy process and we were in and out in less than half an hour. Post appointment, Melissa’s emails were very helpful and informative. Can’t wait to see the final product when we pick them up.

Options were laid out upon arrival, Jack was very knowledgeable and walked us through what choices we had available to us. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making decisions until we were happy. Overall a great experience.
