I visited Cullen Jewellery in May 2024 for myself and came back in March 2025 for my best friend. Both visits we had the lovely Liana help and she was amazing as always!! She was professional and made both experience relaxing but fun.

I had the most amazing experience during my engagement ring consultation with Liana. She was so welcoming, warm and professional and knew so much knowledge about the diamonds. She explained everything so well so I could understand it and made sure I understood by asking me if I had any questions in between.

Our consultant was amazing! Lydia was incredibly knowledgeable, prepared and welcoming. When we arrived, all the rings that I loved were ready for me to look at and admire. We were then given the run down about quality and choices and got to making a final decision! I’m so excited for the outcome and so glad that I chose Cullen Jewellery.

Jazz was so helpful and made the experience really easy! She had all the rings we wanted to try ready to go so we had plenty of time to try them all and she was able to answer all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend Cullen!

From the minute we came out of the elevator, we were greeted with warmth and a smile from the reception desk. My partner and I were consulted by Liana today as we chose our wedding rings today. Liana was so prepared and had all our options ready to go. Liana talked us through all the options and even swapped every ring out to be the same colour as my engagement ring. She was so patient as I tried on every right about 5-6 times each as I finally made a decision. We had our first consultation today and it was a 10/10 experience! We had Mia as our consultant and she was super welcoming, with such a calm but fun energy! She had everything prepared for us from the booking forms and she also brought out other styles for us to look at and explore. She was also very informative and engaging, as we did not know much about the 4cs, she explained it in great depth. She ensured we were comfortable and able to ask any questions at any time, she gave us plenty of time to just look at the rings. Thank you so much Mia! You made our first appointment ever a very promising appointment and you are clearly very passionate about working at Cullen which was shown throughout our appointment today.

Symone was so friendly, approachable and informative. She provided us with a great range of options to look through in order to narrow down my preferences for my dream engagement ring. She is so knowledgeable and we found her so open, honest and trustworthy. She made sure to focus on what was important to us both design wise whilst helping us stick to our budget.
