Cullen is a beautifully set up shop. Zoe was extremely helpful and brought all the good vibes to the consultation and was fantastic with her follow up emails. She definitely delivered on her promises and was very transparent about costs and timing which I personally appreciated.

We had Zoe to help us pick the engagement ring we liked. She answered all our questions and was very helpful and really cleared up all the queries we had

I came into my appointment having no knowledge or idea of what I wanted as a non jewellery wearer or what to expect. Meghan was down to earth, approachable, understanding and realistic with my likes and dislikes. Meghan broke everything down into steps which helped me not feel overwhelmed. Meghan explained everything very simply. I had an enjoyable experience and walked out having narrowed down my options to two. My sister was included and involved in the process which made me feel at ease. I didn’t feel pressure to make decisions or rush, which was helpful. The ability to take photos and have Meghan write things down in an email which gets sent out at the end of the apt is useful for not only me but for my partner who eventually has to make this decision and without me.

My overall experience was very professional and helpful. Molly helped me find the perfect ring after she listened to what I was looking for. Highly recommend Cullen Jewellery and Molly!
