Regan was really helpful and friendly, and gave us a great intro into diamond quality as we were mostly interested in lab grown diamonds. Our appointment with him was very informative and felt that he genuinely wanted to help with our decision. Even though we realised later that we went overtime in the appointment as we covered a lot of details, he never rushed us and answered all of our questions. Overall really enjoyed the appointment and we are much closer to making a decision/purchase.

Every single person I dealt with at Cullen went above and beyond for me. I had a virtual consultation with Molly from the Auckland store who made me feel like I was there in person. Molly really listened to what I was after in an engagement ring and helped me craft the most perfect, unique ring. I was then referred onto Sevela who is based out of the Brisbane store who also went above and beyond in helping me source the perfect diamond. No request was too much and her communication was always timely and clear. Overall, I would recommend Cullen Jewellery to everybody. There is not one aspect that I didn’t love. Liana was very helpful with designing an engagement ring for my partner. I came in with little to no knowledge about the different specifications of diamonds but she was excellent at explaining the grading scales and provided a multitude of options when it came to deciding on a stone.

Amelia was a fantastic help during our wedding band appointment! She was patient throughout, and gave some great suggestions and ring options based on feedback whilst trying different designs, and trying to find the right one!
