I had my first appointment at Cullen with Kat Low a few days ago. I brought my Mum with me to the appointment and both her and I were so impressed with the high standard customer service we experience. Kat was so lovely and patient regarding my requests and questions. She had great tips and advice for things I never would have thought of myself - she even let me try her own ring on! Her knowledge on the products and design process was also very evident. The follow up email was so fast and detailed too. SO happy with my experience and can't wait to go back for a follow up appointment!

We have travelled from Ballarat and Wodonga to visit the Melbourne Show room. We had Sophie helping us today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
