Had my second appointment with Cullen Jewellery today to shop for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Giselle was extremely helpful in sourcing the perfect diamond for a good price and I left very happy with my purchase.

Sabrina was brilliant in taking away our stress of being 15min late having had a stressfull afternoon and missed our bus. She was able to condense the consultation well allowing us to explore all the things we really wanted and building towards finding the perfect ring for my partner. Shs established rapport and understanding of customisation processes that we will seek out with Cullen and Sabrina again in the future.

I have such an enjoyable appointment with Tilly! Looking at different shapes, sizes and learning about what I like and don’t. Tilly is very knowledgeable and I came out of the appointment with more of an idea of what I would like!

We had such an amazing experience in the Auckland store with Spencer. She was able to fit us in for a same day appointment and made us feel really comfortable and our celebration special. I love that the jewellery is all lab grown and ethical and the business is carbon neutral. Spencer was amazing and was able to put our order through in Melbourne because we were on holiday in Auckland from Australia.

It was mine and my partners first time doing this sort thing so we weren't sure what to expect. But Melissa was incredibly welcoming and kind. She helped my partner really narrow down and set in the kind of ring she wanted from stone shape, adornments and the way it framed on her finger. I cannot stress enough what a great employee she was! And the experience all together was!
