Today we attended Cullen for an appointment to choose our wedding rings. We had previously purchased our engagement rings here too. Just like our first experience, this time was no different. We were well looked after and provided exceptional service from the lovely Golsa who took her time to go through all of the different styles with us. Cannot recommended Cullen enough. Fantastic experience every single time!

Everything was seamless! From start to finish, Cullen made us feel special and created the most seamless experience. From booking appointments to asking questions, my partner and I appreciated the support, insights and guidance. Special shout out to Rebecca (from the Auckland branch) for answering my endless number of questions and for helping us with customisations! And thank you to Olivia and Symone (from the Brisbane branch) for your nuggets of wisdom and for suggesting an in-person consultation. This was truly the best decision we could've made!

Very friendly staff, welcomed us with a bottle of fancy water. The space is very calming and relaxing, which allows for stress free decision making. Lydia who helped us was great, kept letting us know we had plenty of time and great suggestions on what to look at next. She was also very clear at explaining the differences between options.

I received a beautiful, custom engagement ring from my partner and wanted to do same for him. Amelia was wonderful. She helped me resize mine, helped him find the general band and size he likes, helped me customize his band so it had similar elements to mine while still being masculine, showed (and sent for a reminder of what I liked) some wedding band ideas to influence my design, and offered suggestions with realistic expectations. After some emails back and forth we’re moving forward I couldn’t be happy with both my received ring and my process in designing his.

Melissa was super knowledgeable and assisted us with finding the perfect ring. She was very friendly and helpful.

Lydia was so lovely and made our experience stress free and fun! We came in with some direction, but not much of an idea and left feeling confident!
