Great Company to deal with and terrific Customer Support as I had difficulty on receiving an item sent through a Courier on their behalf. The Courier would not respond to my inquiry of where my package is as their Tracking Number showed my item had not moved from the pick up truck for a couple of weeks. Bargains Online Staff jumped straight onto my concern and were able to locate the package (2 cartons) and undertake a safe delivery and all before I was due to depart on holidays.

Don't Touch Them. Two Defective Treadmills and No Customer Service! Avoid! Still getting the run around. Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy. First treadmill I bought was a while ago and the lubrication function didn't work. No big deal but very annoying all the same. They just give you the run around and a bit of I don't speaky English and will fob you off. Within the last few weeks I bought another one and the running deck has cracked. Apart from the fact that I nearly killed myself from this defective product these guys are doing their usual trick of pretending they didn't receive emails and even requesting a photo of the cracked deck. Only problem with that is the belt is on top of it! Very dodgy and they use Hunter Express that are well known for being cheap and nasty and throwing products around without a care in the world. You won't get a bargain, you will get cheap tat, there's a difference.
