THIEVES - Long story short

Long story short, the website I am managing got attacked by SMS pumping fraud, I had 500 usd credit which disappeared in a matter of minutes, twilow decided to suspend my account right after my balance reached zero :). There system is fully capable of identifying that an attack is ongoing, but they wait for your balance to reach zero so that you recharge again. After that they suspended my account, and told me to pay 6000 usd to remove the suspension :D As for the customer service, well well well.. They suspend you and make you wait for long periods of time just after you get the service up and running to force you to subscribe into there support service which is something like 500usd-5k usd depending on your monthly usage :D .... Not to mention that they don't even have support, they work with another company for that and they of course share whatever they can steal. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES !!! This company is unbelievable

Same as all the other comments right after signup and crediting the accounts get susspeneded and support is non existant

IMMEDIATELY banned on sign up!

I signed up for an account and then when I tried to log in I was instantly banned. Never even got into my account but they sent me an email saying I had broken their policies.... HOW? I didn't even get the chance to break any policies even if I'd wanted to. I replied to their email asking them politely if they could look into this... No reply Sent another email... Still no reply. If this is how you treat new customers it's probably as well I can't use your dreadful service. Perhaps it's your way of doing people a favour so they don't have to find out how bad you are later on.

Account suspended without reason

Account suspended without reason. They don't have customer service. they reply your ticket in 2~4 days. Very bad experience I had with them.

It's all Meta's fault

Terrible customer service. They don't really care about you. Easy to set up SMS/ Whatsapp in a test environment but painful to set up for production. Whatsapp has more bureaucracy than the US government. Twilio is a nice wrapper around it but ultimately fails because Meta is just too broken and convoluted. Highlight: I bought a Colombian phone number, but it does not support SMS. I had to set up a webhook to transcribe the call and send me the verification code, it's weird to write in TwiML, and I had to debug the code a few times. Meta Blocked the number just because I could not verify it, so I'm stuck with a 14$/month useless Colombian phone number.

After upgrade from trial account

After upgrade from trial account, account suspended without reason. They don't have customer service. they reply your ticket in 2~4 days. I don't know why facebook mark this company as they partner. very bad 👎
