Horrible customer support

Horrible customer support. They take a long time to reply, do not answer questions, do not provide clear answers and overall don’t care about their customers. Would not recommend! Will probably switch to another provider soon.

SUSPENDED after upgrading. Worst customer support

Worst customer support. There is no phone number or live support available which makes it unreliable for business purposes. I have submitted a request on their support page and they don't give a s@!t about it. They just opened by email and they didn't have any time to respond to them. My email client shows that emails are opened. You should dedicate a full department for customer support. They took my money and restricted my account immediately after upgrading. I regret choosing Telnyx over you guys. Will shift to Telnyx if issue doesn't get's resolved.

Yet another phone company facilitating scamming fraudsters stealing from vulnerable people. Check on 02080791393 revealed numerous searches. Should be shut down and prosecuted

Worked fine for years. Then they suddenly told me my company was not owned by me. I have owned my company since its inception. These are incompetent morons.

SUSPENDED?

I opened a Twilio account and had filled in all of my details, I was on the trial account and decided to put £20 onto the account, when the page refreshed I was instantly met by a page that my "account has been suspended to suspicious activity, please contact our fraud team". The "fraud team" has contacted me once with outreach asking questions, I have since filled the questions in but the responses seem to be unbelievably slow. It's been 6+ hours since I was suspended and not a word from the "Fraud Team" via email. I will definitely be switching to a competitor at this rate...

scam organisation cold calling members of the public just to validate telephone numbers. Don't actually speak on the phone, just hang up. Beware.

Company Philosophy has Completely Changed!

I heard the interview of Twilio's founder, Jeff Lawson, on the "How I Built This" podcast last month. That Mr. Lawson had built Twilio for small businesses to compete against larger companies inspired me to pitch Twilio to our team. After applying for a new account, our account was deactivated without an explanation despite my repeated requests for contact. I can only infer from the lack of explanation that Twilio no longer has an interest in supporting small business startups and is more interested in larger corporate profits. This is a shame but understandable. As a business grow, they often forget how they got there in the first place. There will be other competitors in this field and I will be using them instead of Twilio.
