Grass perfect

Grass perfect, arrived green and healthy! My cats favourite treat! My shipment was delayed due to postal strikes and dpd being overworked, which was not a problem but I only found out when I called to check in my shipment, so I did drop a point as it would have been nice to have had an email explaining, but service was excellent when I did speak to them and everything was resolved quickly

Great product, not so great delivery service

I can’t fault the product: it’s excellent. It’s the best quality cat grass I’ve purchased to date. And to me that’s the most important thing. I took off one star, however, for the issues I’ve experienced with almost every order - from the really high delivery charge to the lack of consistency in delivery times (to the packaging - a minor issue). Despite paying almost £9 for DPD delivery, I once waited almost a week for the package to arrive, but the following order took just a couple of days to arrive. I would like to subscribe and order a couple of containers a month but there’s surprisingly and disappointingly no cheaper delivery charges for subscribers. I’m still going to keep ordering from this company…until I find an equally decent product but with better delivery service and charges.

Our cat loves it

Our cat loves it. The cat is happy so we are happy. The only pain is that she is vomiting out the grass. So I have cut it up like chives and added to her wet food. All is well!

I have been charged for 3 orders over…

I have been charged for 3 orders over 10 weeks and received nothing. I have sent numerous emails and tried to ring several times but have had nothing back so can’t request a refund. Very dissatisfied with the complete lack of customer service. My first order (6 months ago) was great, but this time not so - clearly loyalty isn’t rewarded

Really handy

Really good product. Delivery was late but that was DPDs fault but the grass was in perfect condition when it arrived.
