Clear website to use, kept up to date with delivery and product came well packaged and ready to use straight away. Our cat loves it and it has saved the other plants from destruction. Will be using again !

Quick delivery. We have a feral cat that has been with us for about eight years; he never let go of many feral aspects, as he was at least five years old when he found us. He has, in the last five weeks, been very unwell. He has an extremely rare form of cancer. The vet has seen it but once in nearly 20 years, and even Cambridge have only five recorded cases in the UK. Once he got out of a ten-day hospital stay for the holidays, we had to keep him inside, for the first time in his life. He's never used litter. So we found organic, pet safe soil, which is what we've been ordering. He doesn't like using a box, but this was the only way to get him in it. So thank you, for stocking this. And for being quick with dispatch. He didn't like the texture of the huge bage of organic topsoil; hard and grainy. But he's ok with this; we're doing our best to keep him as comfortable as possible. Sorry it isn't for a more conventional use of your products. Appreciated just the same.

I placed a subscription order and then got a phone call from MyCatGrass to explain that because the first payment was not due for almost another month I wouldn't receive the first shipment until after that. The helpful person who called then sorted within no time that I could receive cat grass within days with my agreement. What a great service. My cat absolutely loves the cat grass and has had it many times before. It's a fantastic product backed up by fantastic customer service.

Sadly the instructions received do not appear to relate to the product as received. The instructions noted a tray to grow the grass in, no tray received. The seeds were supposed to be in a flat pack that should have the bottom removed before planting, they were in a plastic bag. I have nevertheless planted the seeds in a tray & await the results.

I needed cat grass urgently to try to stop my cat chewing the artificial Christmas tree! Just over 24 hours later a lush tray of perfect grass was delivered along with an attractive pot to contain it and a spray bottle to keep it at its best. The cat approves and the tree has been left alone for the first time in 9 years. I wish I'd discovered this company sooner!

considering it was so early to Christmas I was o.k with the slightly later delivery(1day).Cat grass itself is tops.
