Purchased the Rubber Barbell Pump Set. Really good product for the price, love the fact that the bar and weights are coated, so doesn't scratch my laminate flooring. Like another reviewer states the clips are quite tight, but I expect they will loosen a bit over time and that really is a very minor issue as overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I am happy with this order, the products are good, just what I wanted, and better value than a lot of competitors. In relation to delivery, the email I received communicated well about expected timescales. The order didn't all arrive at the same time, but because the email had said to expect this I wasn't concerned about it, and it did all arrive within the expected timescale. The only issue was the 'track your order' function didn't work, and took me to an error message. Not a big issue though.

I still haven’t received my order, had an email on the 30th November, saying item had been sent, 2 days delivery . Two emails chasing and no replies to them . This is extremely poor customer service and the link for me to track my order, shows an error page, suspicious. I will be following up tomorrow and going legal for miss information and financial.

Absolutely excellent service - delivery prompt and product good quality and as advertised!

The bar and plates are great, prefect for the job. One slight gripe is the clips. They are so small it can be difficult to get any purchase on them meaning that quickly getting them on and off the bar during a class isn't really feasible. There are easier-to-use clips available but at £30 they are an expensive and slightly annoying additional cost given that we had hoped for them to be included in the first place.

Fast speedy delivery, I had an issue with a missing item but customer service and follow up sorted the issue straight away. Great products.
