I've purchased previously from Stronger Wellness and decided to order some more equipment. We placed an order and unfortunately there was a delay. I reached out to Faye in the customer support team and she assisted us with finding out if there was an issue and helping resolve the order. We received our items with her assistance, unfortunately one dumbell was damaged. I flagged this to Faye and within a couple of days they sent through a replacement dumbell. These things happen and more often than not it's in isolation. I was very impressed with Faye and the support we received. Thanks for all your help Faye!
