Just so pleased with my X Pole experience! Now a lifelong X Poler

I can’t say enough about how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable the X Pole team has been so far. I was back and forth mostly with Melissa Mares, who was extremely sweet and quickly got back to me with all my questions (even long after my purchases were completed). Such a great experience as a new X Pole member!

Great customer service and speedy delivery, even though they were initially out of stock of the pole I wanted it still came super quick. I already have it up and love it!!!! Thank you

Deceiving and dishonest

I have ordered a chrome and then changed my mind once I saw they have a restock in brass. I contacted the customer service and she told me they could return the chrome to Canada warehouse, and that I could place an order on brass. But I see they have changed nothing on UPS delivery so I sent another email to ask again whether it should be me to return the product. Then they said they don’t accept return! How ridiculous! I already purchased a brass by then as the customer service told me to!!! I feel like I’m being deceived to buy two poles.

Good quality, bad shipping company

Their products are high end quality, and they have great instruction videos. So far, my pole works perfectly. Although they should definitely consider changing shipping companies because UPS is a nightmare.

X-PERT pole not successfully delivered

I reached out to X-Pole because my pole was not successfully delivered to me, and Roxanne Harvey was extremely kind and helpful when assisting me. She showed empathy for my situation and was very quick to offer a solution. I really appreciate her time and assistance with this issue, and I was very happy with her customer service! :)

Roxanne Harvey was very helpful

Roxanne Harvey was very helpful. My 11ft pole fell a few times after installation. I've read the instructions and watched the videos but couldn't keep my pole from falling after a chair spins. Roxanne sent me a video showing me how to install the pole with details that weren't emphasize in the initial instructions. So far, I havent had any problems with my pole shifting and rebuilding my trust in it.

I purchased my pole back in NOVEMBER

I purchased my pole back in NOVEMBER, still haven't got it. They told me FedEx messed up and they'll be sending me a new one so I've been waiting- still nothing. I have messaged melissa MULTIPLE times now with no response as to if they've sent it or the new tracking number. Nothing no response. For someone who paid for a product I haven't got I expect better communication from the company it's a lot of money to pay for something I'm not getting? I dont want a new pole now I just want a refund at this point. The worst customer service ever.

I'm absolutely in love with my A-frame

I'm absolutely in love with my A frame! When it arrived it did unfortunately have a manufacturer malfunction in one of the legs and I was unable to set it up. Roxanne was incredibly helpful and kind in helping me get a replacement leg and was able to set up the rig successfully! Best Christmas present ever!

Great customer service

I want to say X Pole has great customer service is fantastic and took care of me well. Your products are well designed and do the job. I have used my stage and pole at many clients and they absolutely love it and want to start learning pole.

Terrible terrible experience

Terrible terrible experience. Their customers service is awful and the way that they run things is awful. I specifically requested that it did not require a direct signature when I was checking out because I live in an apartment with a mail room and thought that fedex might not deliver it, due to not being able to enter my apartment complex. Fed ex is telling me that I cannot change anything and that Xpole all placed restrictions on MY order. Therefore I cannot opt to pick it up from a nearby Walgreens or FedEx store. All of this is delaying my order. No one has gotten back to me from Xpole, dispite multiple attempts. Also, it seems stupid to me that Xpole would continue to utilize Fedex, since it seems that many people have so much trouble getting their poles delivered from them. This is upsetting and I am very much so disappointed in this service/process! Terrible company to spend over $1,200. 10/10 would NOT recommend!
