British D'sire did respond to my email, informing them of a failed delivery. They contacted me to arrange for the delivery of a replacement item or a refund. The item was out of stock with the secondary supplier, so a refund was promptly and courteously arranged via PayPal.

Customer service fantastic after having to contact them because a beauty product I bought wasn’t delivered in its box and had sticky marks on. It actually comes from another seller. They investigated well. Sadly, the product was sold from a bigger set. Wasn’t as advertised, so as a result I haven’t been able to give as a gift which I had bought it for. Won’t buy again from the site for this reason on not being sure the product is coming as should, but pleased with how the matter was dealt with by the website.
