I placed an order for 2 items on 14/03/2023 & received a delivery confirmation on 20/03/2023. However, I was not the recipient & did not recognise the name of the person that signed for it. I waited 24hrs, in case a neighbour had taken the package in for me (even though I had been home all day!) & contacted British D'sire to inform them. If any of you have ever had a parcel go missing via Royal Mail, you will know their website states that the sender must contact them. Well, after chasing British D'sire multiple times, I decided to contact Royal Mail anyway. They gave me a good amount of information, including the name of the post person and the address it was thought to have been delivered to. I visited the address & the occupatant very kindly showed me their doorbell footage of the delivery they received that day. Unfortunately, it transpired the package was not delivered to them. I passed all of this along to BD who advised they would pass it to the seller. Nothing was done for several weeks, dispite my chasing. By the time someone eventually looked into it (an entire month later!), the post person was unable to remember where they had actually delivered the parcel to & I have been told that the matter is closed. So, not only did I not receive my items, I am over £40 out of pocket and was dealt with dreadfully by British D'sire, who were clearly not at all interested. *Edit spelling.

Came across this company by complete accident to be honest but I’m so glad I did, ordered a ring with a charm it’s beautiful and very good quality and it fits perfectly plus it was delivered free very happy with my purchase and will definitely use again in the future
