I had previously left some negative feed back about Godfrey's relating to some issues I had with a new mower. I am pleased to report that the very next working day I was contacted and all the issues were resolved that very same day. Therefore, as with my other previous purchases for machinery, I am pleased to highly commend Godfrey's pre and post purchase service.

Cannot praise them enough. Excellent after sales care when I had a problem. They were so helpful and kept me updated almost daily. I only wish I lived near enough to make them my local shop. I would recommend them most highly.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong item via their Amazon store. No problem at all to correct my mistake. I ordered the correct item which came the next day ( just before Christmas). It was easy to get a return authorisation as well. However, finding a carrier to return the item was nigh impossible (it was 2 metres long - but not very wide yet not heavy) No problem again - with Lockdown 3 upon us, I couldn't physically return it, so they arranged for their carrier to collect it from me the following day, and would just charge me their carrier's corporate rates. Exemplary service!

I was scouring the country for an ooni pizza oven (possibly rarer than hens teeth during the 2020 summer of covid) as a gift for my partner after being utterly messed about by another stockist (let's just call them J.L). I rang almost every reseller on the ooni website within a 200 mile radius but wasn't holding my breath as stockist after stockist announced there were none available. So I was really excited when I called Godfreys and was told they may be able to help. They went out of their way to search for stock and found a new pizza oven in a slightly torn box that they offered to reserve for me until one of my family could collect it later that week. Every bit as good as their word, my Ma picked up and paid for the item and was helped by a really nice gent who also owned an ooni pizza oven and kindly checked the oven thoroughly to make sure it was all in order. They even honored the discounted website price which I was so grateful for. I really can't praise Chris and the team at Godfreys enough, will not hesitate to use them again and would recommend their business to anyone. Perfect!
