I have a collection of lavairs, l’lovely high quality sneaker, well built and sturdy, stylish, comfortable, can dress up or dress down.

I love the quality of your shoes in reference to the materials you use, but as it relates to the shoe sizing, it is terrible, the same shoe size 11 are not equal / fairly similar from one model to another. With that the return or exchange policy is not friendly as the customer has to pay for the return ( I purchase shoes from many other brands and I never have to pay for sending shoes back for exchange). For this reason, O will not recommend your shoes / company to any of my friends and followers.

I really like this brand and their designs, but I cannot wear my particular model (Creator Premium) for more than 2hrs. They come up slightly big, which isn't really the issue. The issue is the extremely heavy weight, and loose ankle area. They are way too heavy and I really begin to feel the effects of that after a while. Add that to the flexibility of the ankle area and my heels won't stop slipping out. These are the heaviest trainers I've ever owned. And you cannot simply tighten the laces to resolve the fit around the ankle because of the design - the laces don't affect that area and the elasticity is too much. I have a huge diverse range of footwear and I can be certain that a smaller size will not resolve this issue. I didn't return them because of the restricted returns policy (7 days) and reviews of the difficulty exercising the right of return. Also kind of my fault because I spent too long trying to convince myself that I could break them in by wearing them inside the house. It did not work for me. With that said, the brand provided me with amazing customer service. For example, they supported me with a website query and dispatched the order immediately - I received them the next day. I really want to be a regular customer of this brand, but I can't be at this time. Not with these premium prices, lack of premium quality, and poor right of return.

They came just as they are advertised. A bit big for a size 6 but not a problem. Came very quick with no delays. Boxed very well and really good quality detail.
