I am being sued and anchor has all my paperwork, it's been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing

I got myself in to a lot of financial trouble and didn’t have anywhere to turn; banks wouldn’t lend to be because of my debt to income ratio and I was drowning in my monthly minimum payments. I don’t remember how I came across Anchor but I’m so happy I did - everyone I’ve spoken to has been so nice, friendly and helpful. I got a summons that I being sued from one of the creditor. I send it to anchor law firm via email on 10/9. Get a confirmation email that it was received. I called 2 weeks later to check on the status. Customer service told me the file never upload to my account. I resend the file 3 times. Called back 3 days later same thing happen file never upload. As I am very fustrating I need to respond to the court before the due date. I need someone from anchor law firm get back to me with the status of the summons and what is the next step I need to do.
