It’s really your luck that if get connected with a right person or not. When I called in for refund then first person was totally ignoring my point and annoying, andI hanged up. I called back praying that person should not be on call and luckily it was different person and solved my issue.

I was happy with Cover Letter now until I attempt to log in for another transaction and was not able to login. I called customer service and found that the login page was found in a different website that had not been mentioned to me. I spoke to an agent and the confusion was handled in a professional way.
