Not gonna lie, I thought I was going to get a customer service representative that treated his job like it was a pay check. In the beginning, I thought he sounded like an automated service until I had to got in to address my problems and after that he took it and ran with it. He didn't pressure me, he solved the problem that I initially called in for, and then he followed up with finding a solution which was finding a package deal for someone like me that doesn't have all the time to sit around and play with different softwares and programs all day. His name was "Roman", like Roman Numerals. So because of Roman I am still a customer of Cover Letter,
