Ordered a BioLight 100 Delta Optical Microscope from Military.EU for our grandsons birthday, 19/01/2025. It was delivered 23rd Jan. I had ordered a new item but when it arrived, it was very obvious that the product had been previously opened and returned. The packaging was in a 'grade B' state, showing signs of damage to the carton. I have contacted Military.EU twice by email and also on Facebook messenger. I have so far only had a confirmation but no customer support contact. This is unacceptable as the present looks like a secondhand gift. I certainly won't deal with Military.EU again

This company takes a very long time to refund and does not give you any status of your refund. When I tried to call and no one picks up there is a recorded message "there are no available agents in the queue at this moment and phone goes dead". It is not confidence expiring. I am still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks.
