The main problem is that it takes a long time to receive your shipment. Overall, I think it’s a good website. Right now, I’m waiting for them to refund my money because I returned the shoes as they were too big. I ordered a new size and hope it will fit my feet properly.

Awful customer service after blatantly over charging me for an item replacement because my items were not in stock even tho online it said I stock for IMMEDIATE dispatch when I placed the order. once they realised they was wrong they would ignore me for 3-4 days between emails replies and still sent me the wrong items after I emailed them as soon as I got the invoice to tell them the Invoice items were incorrect but because they ignored me for 4 days the items had already been sent. So I got the wrong items nearly 2 weeks after the order was placed when it should have been 5 days max. I would avoid placing orders with this company the customer service is up there with some of the worst I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with.
