I had to change my shoes and I sent an email asking what I had to do.. I had a very prompt reply from Caroline, who was so helpful and explained just what needed to be done. Money was returned very promptly to my account and new shoes received. Great service

I visited the Upminster store for some help buying a new pair of trainers for trail running, and David in the store could not have been more helpful! He gave me a selection of trainers that he thought would be suitable and was incredibly knowledgeable about each pair/brand. I was able to try each pair on the treadmill in store, and didn’t feel under pressure to make a purchase after trying them on. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering visiting!

Excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful. They knew their products and quickly found me the trainer I wanted for my leisure use. They had a full range of sizes, too. I've been so pleased with the brand that I bought a second pair in the sale and put them away when I need another replacement.

First class service. I ordered a size 5.5 but received a size 5 which were too tight. Customer service sent a returns label quickly and I received a refund the next day. Ordered another pair in a 6 and they were delivered the next working day. Amazing.

Great service, urgently needed a pair of cross country spikes for my son. Ordered at 8pm and received text next morning to say ready for collection from where I’d requested. Also stocked the actual spikes and not knowing what size length I needed the owner helped me and saved me paying delivery costs elsewhere. Thanks again for your help
