Don't use this company... They were booked for a removal from Kings Lynn back in August last year and nearly all of the furniture was damaged in transit due to negligence from the staff. 6 months on we are still trying to resolve this with the insurance company.. albeit A1 have had the monies in full. No apology or offer to help was given by the team at A1 at anytime!!

Personally as a removal firm these blokes really know what they are doing they are without a doubt worth every penny they are polite courteous and extremely professional we opted for their packing service which I highly recommend! John arrived on time with his team at 7 am and were packed up ready to hit the road by 11am I was so impressed a three bedroom house along with the garden shed and two garages! We ended up being stranded for a weekend due to my own mistake and John once again came to rescue and had our belongings safely placed into storage with no fuss and hassle for us once again I reiterate worth every penny

Perfect in every way. I was so worried about the move as ive only moved once before and i was worried that due to the rain my carpets would get ruined. The guys where perfect and they swiftly got everything disassembled and everything loaded, then same again in the new house without brining any water into my house even though it was pouring down at some points. Got us move in no time at all and i just had to say where i wanted stuff. They went above and beyond for us meaning we managed to get moved in and unpacked in just a day. To add to this we couldn't get our freezer in so they lifted a huge chest freezer full of food over our back wall to get it in. Just amazing! Couldn’t recommend enough and made things so easy for me, whats best is they where the cheapest compared to other companies.

Jon and his team were professional, friendly and helpful from beginning to end. They came to my house at 11 and started to load the truck with our belongings straight away. The furniture was placed on the rooms we asked them to, and our bed that had to be disassembled and built again on our new house (something that I was terrified of) was done in no time and one of the loose ends was even fixed! They also provided extra boxes that we needed, and disposed our old wardrobe that was of no use anymore. I couldn’t have asked for a better service, and would highly recommend. Thanks again
