Jon was very professional, friendly and courteous all the way from first ringing him for a quote to saying goodbye when the removal was completed. He brought an excellent friendly team with him, all very jovial and very hard working, a credit to him and his company. If anyone asked for a recommendation I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My Saviours!! After cancelling one week, due to poor conveyancing, I had to cancel the following week too, only to have to reinstate at the 11th hour! I was very doubtful, that John would entertain me again, even though the cancellations were beyond my control but he did. He was fantastic, he arranged for a team to be with me by 7.30am the next morning! The Guys that turned up were amazing, got my entire house contents, plus half of my garden,Egg chairs, table & chairs PLUS most pot plants, including a fig tree, large camellias,rose bush plus many more in a 7.5 tonne truck without complaint. They truly were amazing at their packing skills, their friendliness and can do attitude, Which was so refreshing. It was a long drive, Dartford to Norfolk and when we got to our destination, we then found out that mortgage completion had still not taken place, so were completely stranded, in an area that we do not know at 3.45pm on a Friday evening! John came to our rescue and offered us salvation by sorting out storage for us, the removal Guys were not phased, despite it being a very long, hard day for them, they were still willing to do, whatever we required of them and went along with last minute plans of re routing to a storage Company some distance away at almost 5pm. A very long day for them considering that they had travelled 2.5 / 3 hours in order to get to me in Dartford for 7.30am! I honestly do NOT know, what I would have done without John and his team, to a) Move me and b) more importantly sort out MY problem of the mortgage not completing and sorting out storage for me, when I was completely stranded in a strange town / County, so late on a Friday night! IF ever you want or need a removals Company, I do HIGHLY recommend A1 Removals Ltd and guarantee, you will NOT be disappointed. The team I had, were amazingly positive throughout, professional and highly skilled in their packing abilities but above all, Customer service, was amazing throughout, beyond reproach on any level, by all even John, who could so easily have got fed up with me booking then cancelling then re booking and then cancelling again, just to have to rebook at the very last minute!! I can never say thank you enough! I am still not in my new home, my life is in storage in Norfolk, I am sofa surfing back in Dartford but I am not worried as John and his team, have taken care of everything there, John has even taken my plants to his garden to ensure they don't suffer from lack of light/ water etc and I have complete faith, that when I do get the go ahead to get the keys, A1 Removals, will not let me down. Fantastic service, from an amazing Company. Very refreshing to find, they still exist. Thank you to all at A1 removals..Forever in your debt.

I just want to say what a fantastic bunch of people helped me move to my new house today. A potentially stressful sitiation was averted because of Jon and his team. They couldn’t have been more helpful with the house move. Dismantled beds and rebuilt them they even brought Krispy Kremes!! I would recommend A1 all the way thanks for everything x

Excellent service all round. Jon called to give us a quote and also offered some helpful tips about packing. The quote was very competitive so we went ahead. The evening before we had a courtesy call to check all was ok for the morning and confirm times. On the day Jon's team of two were cheerful, friendly and helpful and our move was accomplished with no fuss. That evening Jon called to check we were satisfied and had no problems - hence customer service second to none. Our move from Thetford to Ipswich went without a hitch. Fantastic! Moved house on Fri 27th September. The team that helped us were great, nothing was too much for them.
