The move in June went well, my home had to go in storage as my house purchase fell through. This is where it went wrong. I asked Jon where my things were so I could add a few things into the storage unit, he said he had had to put things in 2, so I said I would leave it till it was all in 1. When I finally moved I went to the storage unit and was mortified the way things had been put in. I removed everything in the unit, whilst doing this I found that the top of my dresser had been broken and put in a bag, I told Jon this and his attitude was, well you moved it you must have broken it. I then realised that my 2 tvs were missing amongst other things like 3 large mirrors, a book case and some family pictures. After several emails telling me they did not have any of these items and to claim on my insurance the 2 tvs turned up and they were delivered to me. To date I am still waiting for the other items to turn up, Jon's attitude changed from when we were arranging the move to when I asked where things were. Starts off really nice and pleasant then is extremely unhelpful and dismissive. He should have made more effort to find where he had stored my things, not expensive, but some things are irreplaceable, not that Jon cared. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Update following response from Jon This has been copied from your email Jon dated 25 June- The container at lift and shift will be moved to mine within 2 weeks. It’s full to the door. The rest went to my site into a temporary container. Thats how you fit 2 into 1 This shows that you put things in 2 places, in fact 4 places 2 containers and your office and a storeroom where the tvs were found. I never knew what was put in your office, other than a chair, now you tell me I knew the tvs were there, that's funny as no one knew where they were until someone spoke to some one who has left your employ. You should just own up and say you were wrong. I would like to think that when you do find my large mirrors and family pictures you will be man enough to say, sorry and here they are. Or perhaps you are the sort that will find them and rather that admit you were wrong you will just destroy them. With regards to the damaged dresser I will repair it, but I did not break it.

Great team work with due care and attention. They arrived on time in two vans and handled our furniture with great care, nothing was too much trouble and a very friendly team of people. Very good experience from start to finish. All requests where complete to high standard. Great team, polite friendly helpful professional!They saved us alot of time stress and pain as they placed every single item where we asked and reassembled all beds. I'm disabled and could not of got through this move if it was not for yourselfs so thank you again from my family and will definitely be recommending you to family and friends!
