Really happy with Planning Voice. I gave them details of the planning application and some details of the reasons why I wanted to object. It was also important to get the objection in ASAP as the council hadn't given us much time. PV supplied a very good draft document within the required timescale and even corrected some errors and added some additional arguments before I submitted it. Very happy with the result and cost. This letter and other objections resulted in the application being withdrawn fairly quickly; I'm sure a modified application will be submitted and, if necessary, I wouldn't hesitate to use PV again.

From the first phone call to the final letter Rachel was professional, thorough, supportive and quick to turn things around. She was able to reference policies and regulations relevant to the application and demonstrate the factual and personal impact on us, as neighbours to the proposed extension and dormer conversion. Having spoken with the planning team and Councillor her input undoubtedly led to a "Recommendation to refuse" which was followed by the agent withdrawing the application.
