Legitimately the worst company I have ever worked with

Legitimately, it is the worst company, not just a financial company, but the worst company I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of business. Prospa mandates that they have to be repaid through their app. You can't pay by direct debit or Bpay, it has to be through the app, and the app can take anywhere between 1-4 days to actually take the money from your account, meaning if its your main transaction account, you need to manage your money around waiting for them to eventually take it and if you don't and they happen to attempt after 4 days when money now isn't there, you'll get a non-payment strike affecting your credit score. I reached out to Prospa via multiple emails to proactively raise this as an issue at least 4 times with no response. Each time, the payment was manually repaid after but the non-payment strike had already been placed on my record,d affecting my credit record. When I needed additional funding to expand my business further, it was denied because of these payment strikes due to their system. At one point, I even attempted to pay off the $27k debt ultimately, but as the app took 4 days to try to pull the money and it was my main transaction account, I had been moving money around, and the payment bounced. I tried numerous times to reach out to the Prospa Management Team and various other people within the company that I could find online, but to no avail. I wouldn't touch Prospa with a ten-foot barge pole and suggest they need to drastically change their systems instead of s***ing on their clients.

Negative!!! " Have to earn a minimum 6K a monthly " so I can get a loan if I'd be getting 6K monthly I wouldn't need a loan lol , that is an utter joke!!! I would not be going through with these guys
