If there’s a 5 star review it’s because people haven’t had to contact them yet. Everything is great with prospa until you experience financial hardship and need to contact them which is near impossible, when you do get through you can’t understand the person you’re talking to. I’ve had to close my business but I’m still making my $375/week repayments, all I wanted to do was contact someone to chat about it and see if they had some sort of solution. You took away everything of me and my kids when i didnt even know my ex husband had borrowed off you guys and u ve put a caviet on our house. It took me 1 year to fix the damage my ex has done to the house for you to take my half of it aswell. From the bottom of my heart i wish you the same thing i have been through. As a single mum thanks to you guys i am still homeless. Its been 2 years. Before giving out money you should have asked me too if i wanted you to give that money to my ex. Do not borrow from these people they will ruin your life and make it worse than what it is.
