I have previously dealt with a "Big 4"bank and it was not a pleasant experience at all. From the beginning of my contact with Prospa I felt like I was conversing person to person on an even footing, with someone who was actually listening to me. I felt comfortable discussing things that weren't working without feeling judged and was able to give that information along with the important context of external events out of my control. I felt that even if my loan wasn't approved that I had been given a fair go, instead of the frustration of having common sense ignored because it didn't fit with the rigid rules.
