Schnelle Lieferung, gutes Produkt. Empfehlenswert

Letzte Woche eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die storniert wurde,weil ich angeblich im falschen Land bestellt habe. Stimmt nicht, ich hatte meine Daten geändert.Keine Antwort, wann ich mein Geld zurückbekomme. Die Krönung heute der Kundenservice, die als ich nach ihrem Name fragte, tat als würde sie mich nicht hören…. . Vorher hatten wir mit bester Verbindung mehrere Minuten gesprochen.Bei weiteren Anrufen wurde aufgelegt, sah ja meine Nummer. Mein Geld habe ich immer noch nicht. Das ist Betrug

Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen!! Bleibt diesem Unternehmen fern - ich bin mir nicht einmal sicher, ob es echt ist. Ich habe vor 20 (!!!) Tagen ein Paket mit Artikeln für über 150€ bestellt, das aufgrund eines "IT-Fehlers", der zu einer "falschen Adresse" führte, nie geliefert wurde. Seitdem schreibe ich ständig E-Mails - aber der Kundenservice ist absolut nicht reaktionsfreudig und langsam. Endlich gelang es mir, vor über einer Woche eine E-Mail von ihnen zu erhalten, dass das Geld in den nächsten Tagen auf mein PayPal-Konto zurückerstattet wird. Allerdings ist kein Geld eingegangen... Wieder antwortet der Kundensupport nicht. Deshalb möchte ich hier fragen: Niche Beauty, wo ist mein Geld?????!!!!

I’ve ordered from Niche a few times before and never had any issues. In fact, it was always the exact opposite. Fast shipping, great product selection, and speedy customer service. About a month ago I emailed Niche asking what the return policy was on perfume. I asked if I bought a bottle and opened it up to smell it and don’t like it, would I be able to return it. Niche responded in less than a day saying I could return it if I decided I didn’t like the scent. So I waited a few weeks for them to send out a 20% promo to order the perfume (as they randomly send out promo codes on the whim) The day the package was supposed to be delivered I saw it was sent back to Germany. I sent Niche an email then called DHL (the delivery service). DHL told me that Niche didn’t properly label the box and the weight wasn’t accurate so it was sent back. The very next day I was refunded from Niche. So I emailed Niche to let them know what DHL had told me. I also told them I was upset that instead of resending the package that I did want they just refunded me the money. I told them I waited specifically for the promo code to buy the perfume. It took them 7 days to respond this time. They completely disregarded my emails and just said the DHL returned the package therefore they sent me a refund. And that was it. They didn’t try to rectify their mistake or offer to give me another promo code since they messed up on their packaging. I ordered the perfume from another e commerce site and will no longer support Niche, unfortunately.

Hier werde ich nie wieder etwas bestellen. Grauenvoller Kundenservice!!! Ein von mir bestelltes Produkt kam defekt/ausgelaufen an. Als Füllmaterial war ein einzelnes Stück Papier in dem zu großen Karton. Als ich das Produkt reklamieren und im Gegenzug für die Rücksendung ein neues haben wollte hat es lange gedauert bis auf meine Email reagiert wurde. Statt meinem Wunsch zu entsprechen wurde mir lediglich ein Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung angeboten. Auch auf eine weitere Email hin war nichts zu erreichen.

I have purchased hair dryer from this seller which broken down within the timeframe of warranty. The seller agreed to send me refund for the faulty item, however now more than one month has passed since I returned the item, and no refund has been received. The seller answers vaguely to my request claiming that there is a delay due to heavy work load. Very bad customer service Order number is GE2764957453NL

Das bestellte Produkt entsprach exakt meinen Vorstellungen, die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, die Verpackung war gemessen am Inhalt viel zu groß….

I was sent supplements that are approaching expiry date. 3 bottles expiring in August 2024 and 1 bottle expiring in September 2024. These are obviously old stocks as the brand has recently changed the packaging. In the order I had 2 bottles of body wash which pumps are broken. They came loosely packed so I’m not surprised the pumps broke during transit. I wrote in on 4 August and notified them of the issues. They only responded once, asking me for photos which I sent, twice. I did not get a response even after I sent them multiple emails to follow up. I am utterly disappointed with the lack of service and response. It’s money down the drain.
