I am in the process of selling a property and using Swiitch to represent me on the recommendation of my sales agent (Brinkleys Putney). To say that they have been inefficient is a massive understatement. A straight sale to a willing buyer from a willing seller and 6 months later they still cannot give me an indication of when exchange is likely to take place. The solicitor I was given, Amna Khan, will often take a week to reply to emails from the buyer's solicitor. Will often not reply to my emails at all and generally speaking, appears to not be concerned whether the sale goes through or not. If you are looking for a painful, drawn out time wasting exercise then Swiitch is your solicitor to sell your property. If you enjoy emails and concerns going unanswered then ask for Amna. However if you have an interest in actually selling your property then I suggest finding another solicitor. No doubt a representative will reply to this message and make excuses as to why it's not them that's holding up the sale. For anyone who wants further reviews on Swiitch, there's plenty of other sites that give a clearer summary of how this company operates.
