5 Stars is not enough!

5 Stars is not enough! I would be happy to recommend Swiitch to anyone as I could not have asked for anything more during my recent property sale. Sam Maloney was absolutely fantastic to work with and I had 100% confidence that she had my back during what turned in to quite a complicated sale. Super quick responses, explanations that I could understand and always happy to go the extra mile. I could go on....Thank you Sam!

Extreme Slow, Unprofessional, No Felixable & Very Expensive !!

Ref: LKA.3/M-01067369 Extreme slow no chain with cash buy transaction process for 5 months. An enquiry about road adoption was not made directly to the developer with the local council, but to the seller's lawyer. 2.5 months was wasted and no any progress. It's expensive but you don't get the service you deserve, the bills keep going up get added 4 times but don't have evidence. It's our nightmare & really regret using it..

Sale of a Wellingborough flat

I used Swiitch to deal with the sale of a property in Wellingborough. Leanne Pearce dealt with the day to day work and I was very happy to have her assisitance. Unfortunately there were some delays caused by the buyers solicitor but Leanne responded to their queries promptly and did her best to expedite matters so the sale was completed on time. I will certainly use Swiitch again when I have properties to buy or sell in the future.

Adam was professional but also very approachable. He always kept us in the loop during the conveyancing of our mum's house. When our first buyer pulled out at the eleventh hour, we didn't incur any charges for all the work swiitch had already done as they work on a no sale no fee basis. When the house sale did go through, with a new buyer, Adam telephoned and emailed us at every step of the process. He was warm and friendly and helped to make the process of selling our deseased mum's property as painless and seemless as possible. We would highly recommend Swiitch.

I have dealt with Beth Wheeler on a sale and a purchase now and I can not fault the service provided. Understandably things take a lot longer when leases are involved however Beth was always available to give me an update when requested. Thank you!

Professional solicitors

Staff seemed friendly and professional. Did manage to complete under time restraints and worked with us to get the completion on time. I have only marked a 4 as when advised by connells to use this solicitors i was told would be quick responses but did feel communication process was hard. Also our orignally quotes for sale and purchase were both more than what was quoted. I apprieciate they were only estimated but a 1000 more than quoted seems extreme when we had cheaper quotes from other companies. Which we will keep in mind if need a solicitors in future.

Conveyancing Service

Lauren Elliott gave me a competent and thorough service, and answered my questions and occasional jitters with patience and understanding. There was one long delay at the seller's end. I'm sure the professionals understood what was happening, but it would have been nice to have a message to explain the delay and the likely solution. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the service I received.
