Whilst the personal service I received from Hannah Locke and Mahi Tasmin was very professional, I found the whole conveyancing experience truly terrible in terms of the length of time that it took (4 months) and the feeling that my case was not prioritised in any way. The whole system is clearly broken and it has tarnished my experience of buying a property, the funding for which my Mum and Dad worked hard for which made it doubly insulting.

Craig and Lorna handled both my sale and purchase and were very impressive. They were thorough, helpful and friendly and steered me through a 2 flat leasehold property nightmare with care and consideration. I highly recommend their services and would happily use them again.

The leaked sensitive information to someone who is wasn't intended to and then thought a £250 offer off their fees was an acceptable compensation for ruining my house purchase. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !
