Love love love

Absolutley love my new canvas. So many great options and sizes its the perfect piece for the space. Only criticism i have is the postage time. I know that's not your company's issue. But I would suggest looking at a more reliable postal service.

Easy to use and view before submitting

Using the Canvas Factory site to customise my print was extremely easy and I was able to enlarge and view my print giving me the ability to identify any possible flaws that needed correcting before submitting my order.

My first and last, experience with this company

My first experience with this company. Original order received in a beat up box much larger than canvas. The canvas was partly covered with bubble wrap. The canvas itself was not stretched straight causing ripples across the canvas. The impression of the frame was clearly visible on the right side of the image. The canvas was of a less than 1st grade. I photographed and sent photos to confirm my dissatisfaction and requested a full refund to be told no refund policy and would re process the order. New order arrived in an even larger dilapidated box where the canvas had not been secured. This new canvas was stretched correctly but a bubble in the lower image indicated that something had been pressed against the canvas. Again, the canvas was only partly covered in bubble wrap. The same low grade canvas was used. As this canvas was to be a gift, I felt I could never use this one either. I then PAID to another company print the image for me. This new one arrived in an appropriately sized box, marked fragile, covered entirely for protection and was a much better grade canvas. I feel in these circumstances I am entitled to a full refund. This experience has been since November '24 to January '25

Great Results

I like the results I get from my Photos. They have turned out excellent. Only problem I have is the delivery to NSW. Things seem to take a long time in Transnet?
